The Leipzig FLINTA Design Collective is an innovative networking initiative aimed at uniting and empowering FLINTA designers across Leipzig. This project creates a supportive community for designers who identify as Female, Lesbian, Intersex, Non-binary, Trans, or Agender, providing a platform for collaboration, visibility, and professional growth.

To explain the logo, one would first have to explain what a gender star is. A gender star, also known as “Genderstern” in German, is a typographic symbol used in German language to create gender-neutral or gender-inclusive forms of words. For example, "Fahrer" (male driver) becomes "Fahrer*innen" (drivers of all genders).
The logo effectively communicates the essence of the project by merging the gender star with a visual representation of community.
